1. Right to Cancel (Return Window)

You may cancel your purchase within 5 business days of receiving the item if:
• The product has not been used
• It is in its original packaging
• It is in perfect condition


2. Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)

Returns are not accepted for:
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Items marked as final sale or clearance


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and reason for return
  3. You will receive a response within 48 hours

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.


5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is voluntary or based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
